The issues described in the ISC BIND security advisory (CVE-2015-5477) posted at https://kb.isc.org/article/AA-01272/0 do not affect AWS services.
The Amazon Linux AMI team has updated BIND to include a fix for this issue. Please see https://alas.aws.amazon.com/ALAS-2015-573.html for more information.
