Delivery Hero scales to handle 10M daily orders using Amazon EventBridge Scheduler

Delivery Hero relies on Amazon EventBridge Scheduler, a fully-managed serverless scheduling service, to manage their massive rider operations serving 10 million daily orders through 3 million registered riders. Using serverless scheduling with Amazon EventBridge Scheduler, Delivery Hero transformed their traditional cron-job based architecture to support 5x their previous load while reducing database storage costs by 20%.
