Creating the Next Generation of AI Bots Powered by Amazon Bedrock with Enterprise Bot
Overview
With the opportunity to expand into new markets but with a need for better performance and flexibility, Enterprise Bot, an enterprise generative artificial intelligence (AI) company, migrated from a previous cloud provider to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Using AWS, the company enhances customer and employee support with AI offerings that deliver more accurate and concise responses for users and customer service agents.

Migrating to AWS for Better Flexibility and Speed
Founded in 2017 and based in Switzerland, Enterprise Bot brings cutting-edge generative AI capabilities to enterprises by offering sophisticated AI bots with the option to choose from multiple large language models (LLMs). The company built its platform in the cloud, but with the LLM and generative AI landscape evolving rapidly, its previous cloud provider couldn’t meet the growing demands for performance and flexibility.
“The question became, how do we collaborate with the right cloud infrastructure company that can help us grow both from a scale and technology perspective and a go-to-market perspective?” says Pranay Jain, CEO and cofounder of Enterprise Bot. To address these needs, the company evaluated new providers and ultimately chose AWS to support its technical and business goals.
Enterprise Bot migrated its AI workloads to AWS and adopted Amazon Bedrock, a fully managed service for building generative AI applications with security, privacy, and responsible AI. In fewer than 5 months, the company put the new system into production. Enterprise Bot received technology support and market insights throughout the process. “From the start, the collaboration with the AWS team was open and the support loop quick. It’s been an amazing relationship,” says Jain.
Achieving 10.5 Percent Higher AI Accuracy on AWS than on Competing Providers
Enterprise Bot uses cutting-edge generative AI to provide its clients with solutions that handle 60–80 percent of all customer service queries autonomously. Using advanced LLMs, these AI-driven bots deliver high performance and flexibility. For the remaining queries, Enterprise Bot’s AI tools enhance the efficiency of customer support agents, helping them resolve issues swiftly and effectively.
Using Anthropic’s Claude 3 in Amazon Bedrock, Enterprise Bot built an AI solution that achieved 84 percent accuracy, 10.5 percent higher than that of competing AI providers. And by using Amazon Bedrock, the company keeps all data in secure AWS Regions—physical locations around the world where data centers are clustered—to comply with security regulations.
Now, the company can focus on the customer experience and automating key processes. “When AI and automation eliminate manual tasks and empower people to be more productive, it’s more enjoyable for them and more valuable for the company,” says Jain.
Expanding AI Offerings with a Custom LLM
With a better LLM accuracy rate, secure data management, and powerful automation, Enterprise Bot is prepared to meet the rapidly growing demand for enterprise AI.
“The AWS team is helping us fulfill our mission and business goals of improving customer experience. We’re very happy with their technical support combined with their go-to-market insights,” says Jain. “We have developed a powerful relationship with the AWS team.”
