How Freshworks Enhanced Security & Optimized Costs with Enterprise Support

Freshworks is a fast growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company with over 65,000 customers across more than 100 countries. Freshworks turned to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the AWS Enterprise Support team for best practice and third-party insights. Together, Freshworks and AWS Enterprise Support built a roadmap to upgrade Freshworks' cloud infrastructure including security improvements. Freshworks was also interested in optimizing cloud costs and by using AWS Enterprise Support's cost optimization capabilities and tools, Freshworks improved its costs.
