Built in partnership with the AWS Gen AI Innovation Centre, the ‘Smart Retail Platform’ uses generative AI to help retailers and landlords across Singapore combine and unlock the power of telecommunications and retail data and gain a richer understanding of their customers and user communities.

For example, by analysing customer movement patterns and footfall data in physical spaces the Smart Retail Platform can offer specific insights to enhance retail experiences and increase sales through targeted cross-selling, up-selling, and loyalty programs. The integration of data from StarHub, retailers and landlords also increases the richness, the usability and the monetisation of the insights provided.
