Scaling an omnichannel messaging solution with F9 Infotech and AWS

To scale the solution reliably, the company decided to migrate to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Working alongside AWS Partner F9 Infotech, GreenAds Global transformed Telinfy into a reliable, resilient AI-powered solution. This modernization reduced operational overhead, improved performance, and helped the company focus on innovation rather than technical challenges.

Opportunity | Accelerating scalable growth with GreenAds Global

GreenAds Global helps businesses stay connected with their customers through several messaging channels by using Telinfy. The solution supports critical communications for hospitals, ecommerce companies, and educational institutions, where message delivery speed and reliability are essential. As customer demand increased, Telinfy began experiencing delays in reporting and message delivery. Although the solution already ran on Kubernetes-based infrastructure, the underlying environment couldn’t meet the required performance and consistency. “We had a high-performing, Kubernetes-based solution on which we could, theoretically, quickly scale,” says Christopher Boniface Ignatious, CEO of GreenAds Global. “Unfortunately, our previous cloud providers weren’t able to deliver the promised performance.”

The operational impact was significant. Two to three engineers spent most of their time exclusively troubleshooting infrastructure issues instead of building new features. These challenges made customer onboarding difficult and slowed the company’s plans to expand into new markets, including regulated ones with strict data residency requirements. Without a more reliable and scalable foundation, GreenAds Global risked losing customer confidence and missing growth opportunities.

Solution | Building a resilient AI solution on AWS

GreenAds Global chose AWS after evaluating how other companies successfully scaled their solutions on the cloud. “Seeing the stories of successful use cases for enterprises across the world, we had confidence in AWS,” says Boniface. GreenAds Global worked alongside F9 Infotech, a Middle East–based AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner. F9 Infotech differentiated itself by focusing on value-driven architecture rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. “We don’t sell a set service or product to the customer,” says Rajesh Kumar Mekkad, chief operating officer at F9 Infotech. “We win over customers by addressing pain points and providing excellent value.”

The project began as a lift and shift of an existing Kubernetes environment from another cloud provider to Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS) to build, run, and scale production-ready Kubernetes applications easily across virtually any environment. F9 Infotech designed a complete, microservices-based architecture that follows AWS best practices, including multi–Availability Zone resilience, automatic scaling, and layered security. GreenAds Global’s prior use of infrastructure as code helped accelerate the migration, and F9 Infotech handled network design, security configuration, and operational readiness. Close coordination between teams and frequent synchronization meetings ensured alignment despite working across time zones. Together, the teams mapped out every step of the migration, identifying potential risks and developing contingency plans.

The solution stores multimedia messages in Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3), object storage built to retrieve virtually any amount of data from anywhere. Beyond infrastructure modernization, the solution incorporated AI-driven capabilities to enhance customer interactions. To support AI assistants that are based on Retrieval Augmented Generation, GreenAds Global uses Amazon Bedrock for building generative AI applications and agents at production scale. The company increases observability by using Amazon CloudWatch to optimize workloads at nearly any scale. To strengthen security, GreenAds Global also uses Amazon GuardDuty to protect its AWS accounts, workloads, and data with intelligent threat detection. F9 Infotech added its own around-the-clock monitoring to catch issues before they impacted customers. Although the teams planned a 4-hour window for the migration, they completed it in about 2 hours with minimal disruption to customers. “We had very few issues, all of which we were able to resolve quickly,” says Boniface.

Outcome | Accelerating communication and increasing reliability

Six months after migrating to AWS, the company saw measurable improvements. GreenAds Global reduced the time engineers spend resolving infrastructure issues by 95 percent, freeing teams to focus on product development and customer experience. The company increased its solution reliability by speeding up message delivery and improving the reporting performance. “Since migrating to AWS, we’ve been able to consistently meet service-level agreements for our customers and scale to support business growth,” says Boniface.

Working with F9 Infotech helped GreenAds Global optimize its setup and reduce costs. GreenAds Global also achieved a 97 percent first-time success rate for software updates, enhancing deployment reliability, reducing risk, and minimizing customer disruption. The company is now ready to expand into new regions, including the upcoming AWS Region in Saudi Arabia, and serve larger enterprise and government customers. GreenAds Global is also exploring more advanced AI-powered features and intelligent automation to deliver faster, smarter communications with improved security features. “Life has become more convenient after moving to AWS,” says Boniface.
