Overview

Netcore Cloud is a marketing technology company helping brands drive personalized engagement across digital channels. As generative and agentic AI began reshaping the marketing landscape, the team saw an opportunity to rethink how campaigns are built and managed. This led to the creation of Co-Marketer—an AI-powered assistant that orchestrates multiple specialized agents to streamline campaign development, personalization, and optimization. Early builds, however, faced latency and data security challenges with public-facing APIs. To overcome these issues and scale its platform, Netcore Cloud collaborated with Amazon Web Services (AWS) experts. In early access trials, Co-Marketer reduced setup time from hours to minutes, with users reporting up to 50 percent faster launches and up to 10x higher ROI.

About Netcore Cloud

Netcore Cloud is transforming how brands run digital campaigns by helping marketing teams deliver faster, more personalized experiences at scale. Headquartered in India, the company supports over 6,500 brands globally through its AI-powered marketing platform, enabling teams to automate workflows, optimize engagement, and drive stronger returns across channels.

Opportunity | Scaling Generative AI for Smarter, Faster Marketing

Netcore Cloud is a marketing technology company helping brands drive personalized engagement across digital channels. As generative and agentic AI began reshaping the marketing landscape, the team saw an opportunity to rethink how campaigns are built and managed.

Rather than relying on individual AI tools for content generation or analytics, Netcore Cloud envisioned a unified AI-powered assistant—Co-Marketer—that could orchestrate multiple agents to streamline campaign development, personalization, and optimization. The goal: to reduce manual effort, improve speed to market, and maximize returns.

However, early efforts to build this solution ran into challenges. Public-facing APIs introduced latency issues and raised concerns about data exposure among customers. “To deliver our vision, we had to overcome these hurdles—particularly around security and performance,” says Swayam Prakash Behera, group vice president of Software Engineering at Netcore Cloud. “We wanted to offer marketers a faster, safer, and more intelligent way to run campaigns at scale.”

Solution | Building a Multi-Agent Generative AI Framework with AWS Prototyping and Cloud Engineering

To develop Co-Marketer, Netcore Cloud collaborated with the AWS Prototyping and Cloud Engineering (PACE) team to build a scalable, multi-agent framework using Amazon Bedrock. The platform provided secure, serverless access to leading foundation models, helping Netcore Cloud address latency concerns and minimize data exposure risks typically associated with public APIs.

A key differentiator of the multi-agentic generative AI architecture on Amazon Bedrock is its seamless integration with Netcore’s proprietary deep learning models. These models form the intelligence core that supports advanced predictions and decision-making across the system. As Behera says, “Netcore’s multi-agentic generative AI capabilities on Amazon Bedrock are powered by our proprietary deep learning models, fine-tuned over years on uniquely large datasets. These models excel at understanding user affinity and propensity, enabling our agents to deliver highly nuanced analysis and decision-making.”

Together, the teams designed an agentic AI framework where multiple agents could perceive their environment, make decisions, and collaborate to solve complex marketing tasks. To improve the relevance and accuracy of responses, the team used a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approach, which lets AI agents pull in real-time information from trusted sources before generating outputs. Using Amazon Bedrock, Netcore Cloud tested and integrated top foundation models including Claude Sonnet 3.7, Meta Llama 3.3 and Amazon Nova Canvas—selecting the best model for each agent’s role.

This collaboration also helped accelerate execution. By collaborating with the AWS PACE team and following AWS best practices, Netcore developed the multi-agent framework 30 percent faster.

Behera says, “The AWS PACE team led 70 percent of the Minimum Viable Product [MVP] development. With the capabilities we've built, we're now well-equipped to lead future iterations independently. We're also grateful to the AWS Enterprise Support team—especially our Technical Account Manager—for their deep expertise in Amazon Bedrock and consistently insightful, responsive guidance, which were key to realizing our multi-agentic AI vision.”

Outcome | Driving 50% Faster Campaign Execution and 10x ROI

During early-access trials of the MVP, Netcore Cloud customers reported that Co-Marketer helped automate complex marketing workflows—reducing campaign setup times from hours to minutes and achieving up to 10 times greater ROI. The trials, which began in early 2025, received strong feedback from early adopters and generated interest at industry events.

Powered by a suite of four AI agents, the platform supported marketers in planning campaigns, forming precise audience segments, tailoring messaging, and optimizing performance across digital channels. “Co-Marketer’s multi-agent framework on AWS enables the creation of hundreds of personalized campaigns daily, boosting efficiency and execution,” says Behera.

Customers also saw measurable improvements, launching campaigns up to 50 percent faster. Based on usage patterns and emerging needs, Netcore Cloud plans to expand Co-Marketer’s capabilities by introducing additional AI agents.

The development process also upskilled Netcore Cloud’s engineering team and reinforced internal confidence in the practical value of generative and agentic AI. By building on a secure architecture that avoided public APIs and external servers, the team was able to iterate faster and innovate more freely to support customer success.
