Seele Accelerates Global Delivery of AI Game Generation Capabilities Through AWS Marketplace

Founded in late 2022, Seele is a next-generation foundation model company for AI-native gaming. By deeply integrating its proprietary native multimodal foundation model Seele 3DLMM with a gamified IDE, Seele enables creators without programming or 3D modeling skills to generate code, models, textures, audio, and other content—and build fully playable 3D games—through natural language conversations and simple prompts.

However, transitioning from a creator-facing product to enterprise services involves more than just API packaging. Particularly during international expansion, enterprise customers bringing in AI service providers often need to navigate vendor qualification, legal and compliance review, contract signing, cross-border payment, and billing management. Even with mature product capabilities, complex and uncertain procurement processes can significantly extend the cycle from product evaluation to actual usage. Game studios must confirm vendor qualifications and contract terms; legal and compliance teams must evaluate service usage requirements; finance teams handle payment methods, currency settlement, and budget allocation. For enterprises operating across multiple countries and regions, similar processes may be repeated multiple times, delaying projects from reaching actual usage.

After validating its approach with creators and players, Seele began its next phase: packaging its mature AI game generation capabilities as the Game Generation API to provide standardized services for game studios, advertising agencies, film and television companies, and content enterprises. Enterprise users no longer need to build complex models, tools, and engineering pipelines from scratch. They can conveniently integrate capabilities such as game planning, 3D asset generation, playable project construction, and promotional material production into their workflows—either as a complete package or individual modules. Seele sought a standardized path to connect with global enterprise customers and handle procurement, subscription, payment, and delivery. After careful evaluation, Seele found AWS's transparent and optimizable billing model, global infrastructure coverage, and robust security and compliance framework highly compelling. AWS could meet Seele's requirements for technical neutrality and architectural freedom while reducing long-term business and technical risks—providing solid support for sustained business scaling. Aligned with its goal of expanding to global enterprise developers, Seele chose to offer the Seele Game Generation API through AWS Marketplace to accelerate its deployment across different global regions.

Seele's presence on AWS Marketplace has transformed how developers access AI game production tools. As a standardized service that can be subscribed to and activated directly within the AWS ecosystem, the Seele Game Generation API brings product discovery, procurement, subscription, activation, and billing settlement into an enterprise-familiar cloud procurement framework—enabling global enterprises and developers to access this capability faster and move into creative exploration and product iteration. 

After Seele Game Generation API launched on AWS Marketplace, enterprise customers can complete subscription through existing AWS procurement portals and proceed with service adoption within their established procurement, compliance, and billing management systems. Enterprises don't need to build separate procurement and settlement paths for Seele, and Seele doesn't need to handle contracting, collection, and delivery for customers in different regions one by one—enabling AI game generation capabilities to enter enterprise development and content production workflows more smoothly. The AWS Marketplace listing itself serves as ready-made "qualification documentation" when Seele engages with overseas enterprises: the service has passed AWS's listing review, and customers' procurement and legal teams can complete evaluation within their familiar frameworks. 

After procurement, registration, permission activation, quota configuration, and interface setup can also require repeated communication between enterprise technical teams and vendors—preventing projects from entering testing and actual application stages. By subscribing to Seele Game Generation API through AWS Marketplace, developers automatically receive corresponding Koin token quotas without separate account registration. They simply complete activation configuration in the graphical interface and generate an API Key to start calling the service. This subscription-to-activation delivery approach eliminates account setup, quota configuration, and service authorization steps—enabling enterprises to begin product testing and project validation faster and accelerating integration of Seele's AI game generation services into content production workflows.

Seele serves global enterprise customers, but different countries and regions vary in settlement currencies, tax rates, invoices, and payment rules. As customer numbers and coverage areas expanded, Seele needed to handle cross-border collection, taxes, and reconciliation separately, while customers had to independently manage currency conversion, vendor billing, and payment administration—increasing settlement complexity and financial management costs for both parties.

Through AWS Marketplace, Seele service charges can be integrated into enterprises' existing AWS billing systems. Enterprises use familiar payment, billing, and budget management methods to complete settlement, while Seele reduces workload handling collection and settlement across different countries and regions through a unified transaction channel. This unified billing approach reduces complexity from cross-currency, cross-tax-rate, and cross-department collaboration—helping Seele serve global customers in a more standardized manner.

Additionally, a suite of AWS services provides support for Seele's stable operations: leveraging Amazon EKS clusters, Seele efficiently addressed core challenges in large-scale service deployment and operations, with Auto Mode helping Seele handle traffic peaks; through Amazon Bedrock, Seele accesses global advanced models to build end-to-end Agentic AI automation solutions and optimized cache point settings per AWS architect recommendations—reducing token consumption and related costs.

Through AWS Marketplace, Seele integrated what was originally a multi-step cross-border procurement process into a unified subscription and delivery path. The overall cycle from subscription completion to API availability reduced from weeks to minutes. Global developers and enterprise customers can now find Seele Game Generation API in AWS Marketplace and complete the full journey of subscription, activation, and invocation. Enterprises no longer spend time on procurement and coordination—they complete validation and activation through familiar cloud subscription methods, enabling development teams to enter creative exploration and product iteration stages faster.

Underpinning this delivery path is Seele's completed full migration to AWS. Seele has migrated all existing services to AWS. After migrating to Amazon EKS deployment, Seele implemented DevOps and GitOps practices, improving development efficiency while significantly enhancing service stability and reducing operational costs—further accelerating global business expansion.
