Spryker Reduces Costs by 40% Using AWS Enterprise Support
Spryker, a B2B, B2C and marketplace e-commerce solution, needed to increase resiliency and operational efficiency for its end customer. Daniel Zah, global head of AWS Alliance at Spryker, discusses how Spryker built on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and used AWS Enterprise Support to achieve these goals, including reducing cloud costs by 40 percent. Spryker utilized the expertise of the AWS technical account manager (TAMN) through weekly exchanges with Spryker's tech team. Together, they worked on building a well-architected framework and improving Spryker's security posture. As a result, Spryker reduced the onboarding time for new customers from months to 1–2 days.
