As organizations continue to harness the power of generative AI applications, AI Agents extend large language models (LLMs) by interacting with external systems, executing complex workflows, and maintaining contextual awareness across operations. Amazon EKS Auto Mode provides the perfect foundation for agentic AI applications because it offers scalability, reliability and security for enterprise-grade AI deployments on Kubernetes clusters. Amazon EC2 instances powered by AWS Graviton processors present an optimal foundation for container deployments, offering up to 40% better price-performance compared to x86-based Amazon EC2 instances.

This session will provide hands-on learning for deploying AI Agents efficiently and at scale on Amazon EKS nodes powered by AWS Graviton processors. We will be deploying a containerized MCP (Model Context Protocol) server on AWS Graviton instance and utilize Strands Agents SDK to orchestrate the AI agent’s reasoning, planning, and tool invocation, enabling dynamic and flexible decision-making workflows. You will also learn about Agentic AI observability with LangFuse to help track and improve AI Agents by providing insights into their performance and behaviour.
