The RAG Your Own Data Workshop is a full-day event organized by the AWS North Startup team and Automat-it, focused on helping you build generative AI applications leveraging Amazon Bedrock.

Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, you will explore Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), ethics, safety, and security. You will learn how to use Amazon Bedrock APIs, SDKs, and open source tools like LangChain, integrate your own proprietary data, and implement responsible AI policies using Bedrock Guardrails.

During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to build a generative AI prototype, leaving with a working implementation and a deeper understanding of the technology and its responsible application. You will also gain insights into how generative AI can be applied across various business challenges and industries, revolutionizing customer experiences, while respecting guardrails for responsible AI.

If you do not have an AWS account, one will be provided for you to use during the event.
