AWS Guild Incubator is a 4-month engagement during which we help you run a 12-week team-based training competition that results in real business solutions in a concentrated topic area—like AI, Migration, Amazon Connect, Security, and more. The Incubator format helps make building technical capabilities exciting, as teams compete to learn new skills and use them to generate a winning Innovation Idea.

Through a strategic, gamified learning structure, Incubator participants developed and validated 6 enterprise AI prototypes aligned to real business use-cases in 10 weeks.
Absa
Learn how Absa is investing in their future by investing in cloud skills with a Skills Guild and AI Incubator engagement. Through an Experience-Based Acceleration (EBA) event, Absa employees will be hands-on-keyboard, alongside AWS, to assist in migrating applications to the cloud.
