BIO Thema-uitwerking Clouddiensten
Overview
The BIO Thema-uitwerking Clouddiensten (Theme-elaboration Cloud services) is an information security framework prescribing controls that Dutch public sector entities are advised to impose on their cloud service providers. Although highly recommended, the BIO Thema-uitwerking Clouddiensten is not legally mandated. Despite that, AWS wants to pro-actively address this framework to support our customers.
Therefore, AWS conducted a self-assessment against all the controls listed in the BIO Thema-uitwerking Clouddiensten. The self-assessment is verified by an independent third-party auditor. Consequently, by reaching a sufficient level of compliance, AWS has been awarded with a certificate for the BIO Thema-uitwerking Clouddiensten.
