Overview
As Vietnam-based LadiPage began to expand around the world around the world, it sought to enhance the stability and scalability of its content delivery network (CDN). The company, which offers a SaaS solution for creating optimized landing pages without programming expertise, consolidated its CDN providers on Amazon CloudFront, a low-latency global service.
By adopting Amazon CloudFront, LadiPage eliminated customer complaints about page-loading lags, freeing up its engineers to focus on developing premium products and features to drive business growth.
Opportunity | Facing Stability Challenges for Global Content Delivery
Launched in 2017, LadiPage helps companies create visually appealing landing pages without the need for programming experience. The Vietnam-based SaaS company offers a drag-and-drop platform that quickly launches homepages for daily business needs or special promotions.
By 2023, LadiPage was experiencing a rise in international customers, with over half coming from other Southeast Asian countries. The company was using a mix of local and international content delivery networks (CDNs), but soon encountered stability issues and rising CDN costs.
Customers reported lags and errors during page loading—especially during marketing campaigns targeting users in India and the United States, when traffic could spike by a factor of 20. Upholding its longstanding commitment to customer service, LadiPage sought to address these issues immediately.

Solution | Consolidating CDN to Improve Scalability
LadiPage already relied on Amazon Web Services (AWS) for storage, compute, and other needs. To address its CDN challenges, the company tested Amazon CloudFront as a global CDN. The proof of concept had two phases, both supported by AWS Edge and Amazon CloudFront teams, as well as AWS solutions architects.
Trung Doan, CEO at LadiPage, says, " AWS specialists assisted us in designing our content delivery network, ensuring our technology remains scalable and cost-effective in the long term." Today, LadiPage uses Amazon CloudFront for static asset delivery and is considering adding video capabilities in the near future.
Outcome | Saving 20% Engineering Time for New Feature Development
Consolidating its content delivery on Amazon CloudFront resolved the scalability and stability issues LadiPage previously experienced; the company now serves 10 billion monthly requests. Meanwhile, availability has risen from 96 to 99.6 percent, and customers no longer encounter long page load times. And with downtime issues resolved, engineers spend an estimated 10–20 percent less time on maintenance.
“Stabilizing our content delivery system has been critical,” adds Trung. It’s given LadiPage teams more time to develop new features for customers, and a robust, stable technology platform helps us focus on expanding into new markets.”
LadiPage is now integrating advanced features into a premium offer for enterprises. Because Amazon CloudFront has over 600 points of presence across the globe, LadiPage can ensure low-latency content delivery for its growing customer base. Previously, engineers had to manage geolocation for CDN workloads across different providers. Since the move to Amazon CloudFront, patches are automatically managed, and traffic is evenly distributed regardless of origin or destination.
CDN costs have remained stable, and LadiPage is saving 10–15 percent by avoiding routing fees formerly required to distribute traffic to/from multiple CDN providers. With service consolidation, the company expects economies of scale to contribute to a decreasing cost per use over time.
Trung says, “AWS has always helped us scale our products quickly and securely, adapting to the ever-changing startup landscape. Amazon CloudFront supports our expansion to a growing increasing international user base without major infrastructure investment.”
