Laurent Leboucher is Chief Technical Officer for the Group, and Executive Vice President Networks. Prior to this, he held various technical, management and executive positions in different domains (operations, R&D, IT, start-up creation) in France and the United States, with a particular taste for software distributed systems, artificial intelligence, IT and networks. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Telecom Paris and has a PhD in Computer Science. Under his leadership, he is driving a global software and data transformation of Orange's networks to monetise and transform connectivity into a platform, and to automate operations. As EVP Networks at Orange Innovation, he manages multidisciplinary teams of experts, researchers and operational engineers in charge of developing the various networks and serving the countries and business units.
