About the course

Getting Started with AWS Config is a foundational course designed for compliance and security professionals who are operating in the AWS Cloud and IT workers who want to increase their Cloud Operations knowledge. This course is ideal for anyone who wants to learn how to maintain compliance in their day-to-day AWS operations.

In this course, you’ll learn the technical concepts of AWS Config, as well as gain an understanding of how to implement AWS Config in a real-world scenario using best practices. The course includes 1.5 hours of material designed to help you build your knowledge to what is needed to get started by implementing AWS Config using best practices.

Through a mixture of presentations, graphics, and interactive activities curated by AWS Cloud Operations subject matter experts, you’ll learn about topics such as compliance, configuration history, multi-account/multi-region data aggregation, and more.
