Voucher Campaigns Terms and Conditions

Promotional Offer Description: 

Register for and take any Professional or Specialty-level, AWS Certification exam (the “Exam”) between April 15, 2026, 12:01 AM local time (for test centers) and 12:01 AM Central Time for online proctored and December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM local time (for test centers) and 11:59 PM Central Time for online proctored (the “Offer Period”). Prepaid exam voucher must be redeemed during the exam scheduling process at checkout. The exam voucher will cover 100% of the initial exam price. If needed, the promo code will be automatically applied when scheduling the retake of the same Exam version (exam series code) as the initial attempt. No fee will be required for the second Exam attempt. If you are unsuccessful in that initial attempt, you can retake the same Exam on or before April 30, 2027, 11:59 PM local time (for test centers) and 11:59 PM Central Time for online proctored during the Offer Period. 

Terms & Conditions: 

By registering for an exam, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for the promotion described (the “Offer”). 

• Prepaid exam voucher must be redeemed during the exam scheduling process at checkout. The exam voucher will cover 100% of the initial exam price. If needed, the promo code will be automatically applied when scheduling the retake of the same Exam version (exam series code) as the initial attempt. No fee will be required for the second Exam attempt. 
• Pearson VUE, a business of NCS Pearson Inc., (“Pearson VUE”) is the issuer of this Offer. This Offer is only available for Exams that are scheduled through Pearson VUE.
• Offer is only valid for individuals 18 years and older.
• In order for this Offer to apply, prepaid AWS Exam vouchers must be purchased before June 30, 2026, 4pm UTC through the Pearson-AWS mindhub voucher store.
• In order for this Offer to apply, the initial exam attempt must be completed by December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time (for test centers) and 11:59 PM Central Time for online proctored.
• Only the first unsuccessful attempt is eligible for one (1) free retake of the same exam version.
• Second attempt of a failed exam (retake) must be completed by April 30, 2027, 11:59 PM local time (for test centers) and 11:59 PM Central Time for online proctored (the “Exam Deadline”).
• The promo code will be automatically applied to the retake of the same exam version (exam series code) as the initial attempt that is completed prior to the Exam Deadline.
• This Offer only applies to exams that are attempted and failed to pass. It does not apply to exam sessions that were terminated, revoked or invalidated.
• An exam can be rescheduled so long as the first attempt is completed before December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM local time (for test centers) and 11:59 PM Central Time for online proctored.
• All scheduled exams, rescheduled exams and free retakes must follow AWS rescheduling and retake policies on the AWS website. If you fail an exam, you must wait 14 calendar days before you are eligible to retake the exam.

• Offer may not be combined with other offers.
• Offer limited to one per customer and account.
• Once you have passed an Exam, you may not retake the same Exam until 2 years after the date of completing the initial Exam. If an Exam is updated with a new Exam guide and new Exam series code, you will be eligible to take the new Exam version.
• Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• AWS reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time.
• If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the Offer will be invalid.
• Void where prohibited.
• Offer is not valid for those located in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, or the region of Crimea.
