AWS Educate is filled with hundreds of thousands of entry-level cloud learners from diverse backgrounds globally. They’re self-motivated to learn about the cloud, using AWS Educate to gain hands-on practice building cloud skills through courses and labs that cover a variety of topics, from Introduction to the AWS Management Console and Machine Learning Foundation to professional skills for workplaces. After completing courses and labs, learners earn digital credentials that demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
As an employer, you can access the profiles of AWS Educate learners and post your own jobs to the AWS Educate Job Board to find candidates with the specific skills you need at no cost. If you have multiple jobs to post or if you often create new ones, you can also opt into the job posting feature to have your jobs automatically posted onto the AWS Educate Job Board so that candidates can find them and apply.
