The AWS Educate Program empowered fresh hires by accelerating their learning on different digital skills; including cloud computing in a shorter time span, thereby supporting their deployment in DXC’s global projects. Cloud skills readiness with AWS Educate will certainly reduce the training time for candidates and bring them up-to-speed with business requirements. We are happy to partner with AWS on various learning initiatives as we co-create and develop cloud-competent resources for our company.

How can the AWS Educate Job Board connect me to qualified candidates?
AWS Educate is filled with hundreds of thousands of entry-level cloud learners from diverse backgrounds globally. They’re self-motivated to learn about the cloud, using AWS Educate to gain hands-on practice building cloud skills through courses and labs that cover a variety of topics, from Introduction to the AWS Management Console and Machine Learning Foundation to professional skills for workplaces. After completing courses and labs, learners earn digital credentials that demonstrate their knowledge and skills.
As an employer, you can access the profiles of AWS Educate learners and post your own jobs to the AWS Educate Job Board to find candidates with the specific skills you need at no cost. If you have multiple jobs to post or if you often create new ones, you can also opt into the job posting feature to have your jobs automatically posted onto the AWS Educate Job Board so that candidates can find them and apply.
“When I had my first interview for cloud engineering, pretty much all the knowledge I discussed on that interview was based on what I learned from AWS Educate.”

Please note: AWS Educate provides its members with no cost access to learning content and AWS services designed to build knowledge and skills in cloud computing. It is available globally to learners who meet the minimum age requirements, based on country of residence, in the AWS Learner Terms and Conditions.
