Move AI into production with confidence

Expert guidance to take your AI, ML, and agentic workloads from implementation to production and beyond.

Overview

AWS Countdown Premium (CDP) for AI production pairs your team with a dedicated AWS engineer who learns your architecture, workloads, and goals to guide you on your AI, machine learning, and agentic systems from implementation through production, with proactive guidance on health, cost, and governance so you can act before issues hit.

The core guidance our engineers provide

Deep, AI-specific expertise for building production AI and beyond.

Deploy with confidence

Validate your architecture and review operational readiness before launch. Deployment readiness scoring identifies what could break in production before it does, not after.

Stay in production

Evolve continuously

Abstract illustration of a gold sphere turning into a cube as it passes through four violet oval portals on a purple horizon. Manage models across their lifecycle, migrate to new LLM versions, and refine with retraining strategies and production governance. Your AI systems keep improving over time.

Scale without hiring

Tap deep Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and HyperPod expertise across the full AI lifecycle. Scale without recruiting, training, or retaining specialist engineers.

Advisory services include the following.

Production readiness & go-live

Get production-ready and launch with confidence. Your engineer runs architecture and operational readiness reviews and scores deployment readiness to catch what would break before launch, then guides controlled rollouts, load and peak-capacity testing, and 24/7 war-room support through go-live.

Monitoring & observability

Catch drift and degradation early. Your engineer designs drift detection, real-time performance monitoring, and automated alerting. Hallucination detection, token and endpoint-latency tracking, and GPU/HyperPod visibility surface issues before they take hold.

Incident response & reliability

Respond to incidents and recover fast. Your engineer builds escalation protocols, runbooks, and automated rollback, and designs multi-region failover and model-version fallback. With single-threaded incident ownership and direct access to service teams, they lead root-cause reviews.

Continuous improvement & model lifecycle

Keep models improving as they age. Your engineer designs feedback loops and retraining strategies and builds CI/CD pipelines from train to deploy. As models deprecate, they guide LLM version migration and advise on fine-tuning on Bedrock and SageMaker HyperPod.

Agentic AI operationalization

Take agents and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to production. Your engineer assesses agentic production readiness, monitors agent-behavior drift across multi-step workflows, and governs tool use. They coordinate multi-service resolution and guide RAG pipeline and vector-database architecture.
