EMEA Networking Reception

The EMEA Networking Reception at AWS re:Invent is back! Join us on Wednesday 3rd December at the XS Nightclub in the Wynn for an evening that truly celebrates Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This is an exclusive opportunity to connect with AWS teams, partners and customers whilst enjoying food, drinks, demos and entertainment. You will also hear from Tanuja Randery, Managing Director, AWS EMEA.

Important: You must have a valid AWS re:Invent ticket to attend this event - you will not be admitted on the night without your AWS re:Invent badge.

AWS Around the World

Attendees come to AWS re:Invent from all over the world, bringing diverse perspectives to the cloud community. With this in mind, we are hosting the AWS Around the World expo area. This space provides a central location for attendees to network with peers and connect with AWS team members from around the globe.

Within the AWS Around the World Lounge you will find an EMEA kiosk, which will be staffed by AWS EMEA team members throughout the week. Have questions? We will be hosting area-specific Ask an Expert sessions throughout the week, be sure to check back to this page for the schedule closer to the event.

Yes. The AWS Events mobile app is available for both iOS and Android. While the app is available now for download, re:Invent 2025 won't be offered until mid-October.

There are many ways to connect with other attendees, including professional networking receptions, meetups with AWS experts and peers, evening social activities, community service opportunities, and much more. Visit the Developer Pavilion in the Expo to discover AWS Community programs that align with your interests so you can stay connected with like-minded attendees after re:Invent ends.

Bootcamps will be available to those attending re:Invent in-person at no additional cost.

Certification exams will not be offered onsite at re:Invent; however, all in-person re:Invent registrants will receive a 50% discount for any AWS Certification exam. You can access your voucher and see additional details in your attendee portal.

Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be served on full conference days. All dishes will be labeled with the following allergens/ingredients: dairy, gluten, tree nuts, shellfish, eggs, peanuts, soy, vegetarian, and vegan. Halal and kosher meals will be available while supplies last. Please contact awsreinvent-support@amazon.com to pre-order your meals.

Yes, bookable meeting space (BMS) are turnkey rooms located at the Encore hotel. These rooms are turnkey and available during select hours starting Monday, Dec 1- Thursday, Dec. 4. To book a room within BMS use this link. Booking is on a first come, first served basis.
