Buying and financing a used car in Latin America has traditionally been complex, fragmented, and time-consuming. Kavak set out to change that by creating an end-to-end experience powered by agentic AI.
With AWS and Anthropic, Kavak built and scaled AI agents capable of orchestrating processes that once required multiple teams and weeks of work. The transformation has helped more than double conversion rates and triple customer experience scores.
Having the right models on AWS and having Anthropic models being readily available increased our speed and increased our performance and impact on our customers. We used to have maybe 10, 20,000 agents running. Now we have close to a million. This transformation brought Kavak to profitability. It almost doubled the size of the business in Mexico, but most importantly, it tripled our customer experience scores.
