Salesforce at AWS re:Invent 2023
In this AWS re:Invent 2023 keynote video, we hear from Lenore Lang, SVP of Communications, Media, and Technology at Salesforce, and Matt Yanchyshyn, GM, AWS Marketplace & Partner Services, talk about how Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are collaborating to transform the AWS Partner experience. Lang discusses the obsession with the customer experience that Salesforce shares with AWS, and how the company’s technology is helping enhance AWS Partner Central for more than 150,000 AWS Partners. Together, AWS and Salesforce launched dozens of new features for a new, simplified self-guided experience on AWS Partner Central. In addition to outlining enhanced features of Partner Central that make the user experience more simple, predictable and profitable for Partners, Lang and Yanchyshyn announced AWS is launching a new and improved CRM Connector on the Salesforce AppExchange. The re-launched AWS CRM Connector allows partners to manage their ACE opportunities and their Marketplace private offers, all from a single Salesforce app.
With Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Customer 360, AWS and Salesforce are providing valuable features for AWS Partners, working with them throughout their journeys, from onboarding and product listing to marketing, coselling, and growth on the AWS Marketplace. Salesforce is helping make AWS Partner Central more personalized, tailoring the entire experience to each AWS Partner and building in automations to help them achieve more without adding work. AWS Partners can use a new, unified software listing experience and collaborate more efficiently alongside AWS. In addition, Salesforce is helping reduce latency and provide deeper data analytics through a variety of dashboards to help AWS Partners grow their businesses.
