Four hours, one tournament. Build a squad, deploy to AWS, and play your first match before lunch. Then tune your prompts, swap tools, layer in multi-agent coordination, and compete again. Best team wins prizes — but every team leaves with a deployed agentic system and the skills to build the next one.

YOUR PATH TO RE:INVENT 2026
Every team that completes the workshop qualifies for the Agentic Football Cup global league. Group winners fly to Las Vegas to compete live on stage at AWS re:Invent. This afternoon is your qualifying round.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and Strands Agents SDK — the same stack powering enterprise agentic systems, except your agents play football. You'll walk away understanding multi-agent orchestration, real-time state management, tool use, and guardrails at a level that takes most teams months to reach.

WHO SHOULD COME
Developers of any level — no AI/ML experience needed. Bring a non-technical teammate to name the squad, pick the formation, and handle the trash talk. Everyone leaves agentic-AI literate.
