Morning: Architecture Sessions
Start the day with focused presentations from AWS experts, exploring the architecture patterns that power high-growth startups. Sessions will cover how to design for scale and resilience, expand your reach globally, and build with security and observability in mind from day one — giving you the decision frameworks and blueprints to apply directly to your own workload.

Afternoon: Open Prototyping Lab
Spend 4 hours building in your own AWS account, on your own workload — no cookie-cutter tutorials. AWS Solutions Architects will be on-site throughout the afternoon to answer your questions, support to design and review your architecture, and help you unblock challenges in real time.
Bring your AI coding tool of choice (such as Kiro, Claude Code, or similar) to accelerate your build.
Please note: Any AWS resources you provision during the afternoon lab will incur charges in your own AWS account. We recommend using a fresh sandbox account or an existing account you're comfortable building in. Please ensure your account has basic IAM permissions set up before the day.
