Registrations for the Summit are now closed.

Registration: Arrive Early

Registration opens at 08:00. If you're taking the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), allow time to get out at Prince Regent station as the area may be very congested.

Checking in at the Summit

You will receive an email with your QR entry code and check in ID. These will be sent one week before the event and one day before the event. You’ll need either of them to get your badge when you arrive. Please print or capture a picture of the QR code on your phone and have it handy on the day for a faster check-in.

If you haven't received your code, please check your spam folder. Alternatively you can use your email address to check-in at the Summit.

On the day before the summit you will also receive a text message with your check in ID.

Please note: If you're attending sessions on both days of the summit you will need to collect a different badge in each day using the same QR code or check-in ID.

Session attendance

Onsite at the Summit sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. We recommend taking advantage of the scheduling tools on AWS Summit mobile app to help organize your day and allow plenty of time to navigate between rooms. Download the mobile app here.

For the keynote, there are only 4,000 seats in the auditorium which will be filled at a first-come, first-seated basis. If you can't get a seat in the auditorium, the keynote will be streamed in Theatres 1-6 on Level 1.

Workshops at the Summit

If you are taking part in a workshop please remember to bring your laptop, charger and any external devices you may require. Please note, you must bring a laptop and not a tablet, with WiFi networking (not wired networking). If you're using a corporate laptop please ensure that it can connect via WiFi and doesn't require wired networking.
