When does registration open?
Registration opens at 08:00 on 7th June 2023. If you're taking the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), allow time to get out at Prince Regent station as the area may be very congested.
How do I check in at AWS Summit London?
To collect your AWS Summit London event badge, you will need the QR code from your confirmation email as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event.
How is session attendence managed?
Onsite at AWS Summit London, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. We recommend you use the AWS Summit London mobile app to help organize your day, and allow plenty of time to navigate between rooms. Download the mobile app for Android or IOS. A link to the app will be provided closer to the event date - keep an eye on your emails for updates.
For the keynote, there are only 4,000 seats in the auditorium which will be filled at a first-come, first-seated basis. If you can't get a seat in the auditorium, the keynote will be streamed in Theatres 1-7 on Level 1. Follow signage at the venue and hosts will be on hand to direct you.
What do I need for the workshops?
If you are taking part in a workshop please remember to bring your laptop, charger and any external devices you may require. Please note, you must bring a laptop and not a tablet, with WiFi networking (not wired networking). If you're using a corporate laptop please ensure that it can connect via WiFi and doesn't require wired networking.
Is there a London Summit App?
The AWS Summit London app will be available to download one week before the event and will allow you to view all sessions taking place, manage your calendar for the day of the event and more. More details will be share with registered attendees closer to the time.
Will there be hearing loops for those hard of hearing?
We have induction loops in all rooms for those who are hard of hearing, with designated seats reserved at the front. If you need additional assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

All AWS Summits feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, technical sessions led by AWS engineers, and hands-on technical training. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.
Do you accept submissions for speakers/session ideas?
At this time, we do not accept submissions for AWS Summit London speakers or session content although we always appreciate customer feedback.
How do I register?
Click on the "Register Now" button above to start the registration process. Space is limited so reserve your free seat today.
Where is my registration email?
If this is your first time registering for an event on the AWS Events Portal, you will be asked to create an account prior to beginning registration. Upon submission of your information, you will be emailed a confirmation code in order to verify your identity. This email will be sent from email@example.com, and may take several minutes to arrive depending on your email's individual security settings.
What is included in the AWS Summit London registration?
AWS Summit London registration gives you access to the keynote, breakout sessions, and the Partner Solutions Expo and reception. Meals offered include lunch and snacks.
What is the price of registration?
The AWS Summit London is free.
How do I update my registration information?

What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your AWS Summit London registration by logging into your account using the link above.
Will I need to register myself for each breakout session?
Onsite at the AWS Summit London, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed there is no need to pre-register.
Accessibility & special requirements
What accessibility accomodations are available?
The AWS Summit London venue, ICC London, ExCeL, has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. Read more about the facility’s accessibility here.
We have induction loops in all rooms for those who are hard of hearing. There will be designated seats at the front for the induction loop.
If you need additional assistance or have accommodation requests, please contact us at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations.
What special dietary requirements are accomodated?
Vegetarian, vegan, Halal and limited gluten free options are available and labelled at lunch. A variety of restaurants are available at the ExCeL to accommodate all needs.
