The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Management Console for iOS/Android lets you quickly and easily view and manage your existing EC2 instances, load balancers, RDS instances, and CloudWatch alarms from your phone or tablet. The app provides mobile-relevant tasks that are a good companion to the full web experience, including:
- Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2): Browse, filter, and search instances. View configuration details, CloudWatch metrics and alarms, and status checks. Perform instance lifecycle operations: start, stop, reboot, terminate. View block devices and create volume snapshots. Manage security groups and Elastic IP Addresses.
- CloudWatch: View CloudWatch graphs to gauge the health of your resources. List CloudWatch alarms by status and time, and see what automated actions are configured for each alarm setting.
- Elastic Load Balancing: Browse, filter, and search instances. View configuration details, CloudWatch metrics and alarms, and health checks.
- Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS): Browse, filter, and search instances. View configuration details, CloudWatch metrics and alarms, and security and network settings.
- Auto Scaling: View group details, metrics, policies, and alarms. Manage instances in your Auto Scaling groups.
- AWS OpsWorks: View configuration details about your stacks, layers, instances, and applications. View instance logs, reboot instances, and get the status of deployments.
- View detailed AWS service health status, including recent AWS service events and notifications.

- Requires an existing AWS account.
- For security reasons, we recommend that you secure your device with a passcode and that you use an IAM account to log in. If you lose your device, an IAM account can be deactivated to prevent unauthorized access. Root accounts cannot be deactivated.
- If you sign-in with an AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) user account, you need to use the account alias that was included in the email address from your administrator.
- If you use AWS Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), we recommend using either a hardware MFA device or a virtual MFA on a separate mobile device for the greatest level of account protection.
