AWS Service Management Connector

AWS Service Management Connector

Provision, manage and operate AWS resources within Service Management Tools

End of Support Notice

AWS Service Management Connector is no longer available to new customers as of March 31, 2026. Existing customers can continue using the service until March 31, 2027. After March 31, 2027, you will no longer be able to access AWS Service Management Connector functionality. We recommend that customers transition to AWS Partner solutions who specialize in ITSM integrations or build direct SDK integrations with AWS services. For migration guidance, learn more here. This change does not impact AWS Config, AWS Service Catalog, AWS Security Hub, AWS Support, or AWS Systems Manager.

Migration Options

Customers can explore AWS Partner solutions through the AWS Partner Solution Finder at AWS Partners , build direct SDK integrations using AWS service APIs, or for Security Hub users, leverage native integrations with Jira Cloud and ServiceNow available in the new Security Hub experience.
