AWS Glue is now available in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) AWS Region
You can now use AWS Glue in the Asia Pacific (Seoul) AWS region.
AWS Glue automates much of the effort involved in building, maintaining, and running extract, transform, and load (ETL) jobs. Glue crawls your data sources, identifies data formats, and suggests schemas and transformations. Glue automatically generates the code to execute your data transformations and loading processes. Glue is serverless, so there is no infrastructure to provision or manage. Glue runs your ETL jobs on a fully managed Apache Spark environment.
With this release, customers can now use AWS Glue in AWS Regions US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon), EU (Frankfurt), EU (Ireland), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Sydney), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Asia Pacific (Mumbai), and Asia Pacific (Seoul).
