AWS Device Farm Remote Access for Manual Testing on real Android and iOS devices now supports Android OS 8+ and iOS 11+ devices
AWS Device Farm’s Remote Access feature allows developers to swipe, gesture, and interact with a real device through their web browser to test the functionality and usability of their mobile applications.
With this launch, Device Farm is introducing Remote Access support for Android OS 8+ and iOS 11+ devices including the iPhone XS, iPhone XR, Google Pixel 3, and Samsung Galaxy S10 devices. You can use Remote Access for debugging new functionality in your application, running manual tests, and reproducing customer issues, on real Android and iOS devices. The AWS Device Farm team uses market data and customer feedback to continuously update the fleet so new device types will be coming on-line on an ongoing basis.
