Today, we released a major update to the Amazon Pinpoint Deliverability dashboard. The Deliverability dashboard helps you understand and solve issues that could impact the delivery of your emails. With the Deliverability dashboard, you can increase the effectiveness of your email campaigns and create a better email experience for your users.
This update adds the ability to monitor delivery metrics for individual campaigns. Previously, the dashboard provided deliverability metrics for entire domains.
This release also adds the ability to create alarms that are triggered when your deliverability metrics reach certain thresholds that you define. For example, you can set an alarm that sends you a message when the spam folder placement rate for one of your campaigns exceeds a certain percentage of the total number of messages that you send.
Finally, this release adds the ability to interact with the Deliverability dashboard programmatically. For example, you can retrieve inbox and spam folder placement metrics for a campaign or domain by using the AWS CLI, or by using an AWS SDK.
The Deliverability dashboard is available for an additional monthly charge. For more information, see Amazon Pinpoint Pricing.
