AWS Media and Entertainment Summit – This Coming October in Los Angeles

We are hosting an AWS Media and Entertainment Summit at the Sofitel hotel in Los Angeles in early October.This half-day event will give you the information that you need to use AWS on your own cloud computing projects. We’ve put together an action-packed agenda to make the best possible use of your time:
The event will feature customer presentations from PBS, Ooyala, and Netflix. After they have presented, you’ll have the opportunity to ask them questions as part of a customer panel.
Michelle Munson, CEO of Aspera, will talk about media ingestion and high speed data transfer, an essential element of any cloud-based media architecture.
Following Michelle’s presentation, you will get to hear from three senior members of our product teams:
- S3 Senior Manager Dan Winn will talk about storage.
- EC2 Principal Product Manager Deepak Singh will discuss transcoding and rendering.
- CloudFront General Manager Tal Saraf will discuss content delivery.
Ariel Kelman, Director of AWS Marketing, will emcee the event.
