Ray Hodges is a Senior Technical Account Manager at Amazon Web Services, where he's been guiding some of the world's largest enterprises through their cloud journeys. Ray partners with Fortune 100 customers — most notably, a large financial institution — to drive transformative outcomes in operational resilience, observability modernization, and enterprise-scale cloud operations. Ray leads many operations and resiliency efforts. Prior to AWS, Ray built 25+ years of enterprise IT expertise as an Enterprise Architect at Atos and Senior Architect at IBM, where he led large-scale private cloud implementations and pioneered PaaS delivery models. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, and brings deep cross-domain expertise spanning architecture, security, operations, and service management — all with a relentless focus on driving resilient business outcomes through technology.
