Dr. Feng Shi is a Data Scientist for Emergent Technologies and Intelligence Platform at AWS Professional Services. He received both his master and bachelor degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xi'an, China. He earned his doctoral degree from Imperial College London in Engineering Informatics, involving semantic graph, and natural language processing. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher for Imperial College London and the Alan Turing Institute on applied machine learning for engineering problem. Feng is now working with customers to solve the most challenging real-world problem through AI/ML, and optimization.
