What’s Hot at the AWS Pop-up Loft in December

As the year winds down we’re excited to close out 2014 with an extensive agenda of Loft activities focused on hot topics including container computing, security, and DevOps. The highlight of the month will without a doubt be our AWS Loft Holiday Celebration

Below are a few of these featured activities. If you’d like to share some ideas for new session topics to be covered at the Loft please send us an email letting us know what you’d like to see. Your feedback is invaluable as we’re constantly working to evolve the Loft experience. Thanks to all of you who dropped by the Loft in November — we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Featured Event: AWS Loft Startup Holiday Celebration

Join us for the first ever AWS Loft Startup Holiday Celebration! The evening will begin with a startup pitch event. Each party-goer will be part of our audience panel, and will vote on the category each startup pitch best represents. Once the pitches are conclude the holiday party begins, complete with food, drinks, holiday music, etc. The Loft will be decked out in its best holiday gear and you should be too! Everyone who attends will receive a special welcome bag. It’s going to be a blast and we hope you’ll join.

Then, discover how you can include your Lambda functions in your existing applications. We’ll build a simple app that changes your Twitter background when you upload a new photo to an S3 bucket.
