Changes to AWS Certification exam delivery

All AWS Certification exams will be delivered through Pearson VUE as of January 1, 2023

Starting January 1, 2023, all AWS Certification exams will be delivered through Pearson VUE. The last day for candidates to complete an exam appointment through PSI is December 31, 2022 at 11:59 pm UTC.

“We recognize the impact a test delivery change can have on our AWS Certification candidates. We are partnering with Pearson VUE to ensure a smooth transition, while enhancing our candidate exam experience and access to testing globally,” said Diana Godwin, AWS Certification Leader.

What this means for AWS Certification candidates

Pearson VUE has been a leader in the assessment industry for nearly 30 years, with more than 5,000 test centers in 180+ countries. Pearson VUE has taken several steps toward improving the customer experience by investing heavily in their online proctoring platform, increasing access by providing Japanese and Spanish speaking proctors for a localized candidate experience, and consistently delivering high standards of customer service. In countries such as Korea and China, that have relied heavily on PSI to support exam delivery, Pearson VUE is proactively expanding capacity to support the increased demand.

Key Dates

• December 30, 2022: All unused, unexpired PSI vouchers will be valid for use at Pearson VUE.
• December 31, 2022 (11:59 PM UTC): Last day for candidates to complete an exam appointment through PSI.
