AWS DevOps Agent Pricing
Why AWS DevOps Agent?
AWS DevOps Agent is your always-available operations teammate that resolves and proactively prevents incidents, optimizes application reliability and performance, and handles on-demand SRE tasks across AWS, multicloud, and on-prem environments.
Pricing
With AWS DevOps Agent, you pay only for the time the agent spends on operational tasks, billed per second. Agent time is the cumulative time the agent spends actively working across all activities for a given task. There are no upfront commitments or charges for when the agent is idle or waiting for work.
AWS DevOps Agent is included in the AWS Free Tier free plan for new AWS customers. Additionally, new AWS DevOps Agent customers receive a 2-month free trial starting with their first operational task after general availability. Each trial month includes up to 10 agent spaces, 20 hours of investigations (incident response), 15 hours of evaluations (incident prevention), and 20 hours of on-demand SRE tasks (chat). Standard pay-as-you-go pricing applies for usage beyond these limits and after your trial ends.
