Q2, Inc., a financial experience company, partnered with AWS Partner Presidio to migrate its largest revenue-generating digital banking product to AWS, avoiding a costly on-premises hardware investment. Q2 set an ambitious goal to decrease costs by 25% to better serve each customer. The AWS migration would prove integral to achieving this goal. To satisfy a tight timeline and rigid uptime requirements, Presidio developed an automated, parallel migration  platform called “Q2 Migration Manager” (Q2MM) to accelerate the project.

MANZ, an Austrian company that provides information services for legal and tax professionals, sought to revolutionize how its registered users searched its vast repository of legal documents. With over 300 million documents in its database, MANZ aimed to implement a cutting-edge solution using vector embeddings to enhance similarity searches and uncover deeper connections between documents. Improvement-IT, based in the Netherlands, provides IoT solutions to a variety of organizations with an emphasis on tracking, tracing, and monitoring the status of assets. Together with its other companies Port Pay and Alltrack Medical, it offers these innovative solutions to help customers track assets in the field, manage warehouses, and optimize supply chains. However, it was being hampered by its own managed services provider, which was running both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and on-premises assets for it. It wanted a proactive partner with deep expertise to help optimize its systems, improve client onboarding times, and better detect problems before they affected customers. AWS Partner TechNative has helped it to achieve those goals, reducing customer support calls by 15 percent and cutting onboarding time by 50 percent.

Petronash is an engineering firm established in 2000 in the United Arab Emirates and specializes in integrated solutions tailored for the oil and gas industry. Over the years, the company has grown and extended its operations across the globe. Petronash uses SAP to manage its operations, from internal processes to connections to thousands of customers and suppliers in its supply chain. Its SAP system was running on on-premises infrastructure that was facing end of support and needed to be replaced. With the help of AWS Partner Integra Technologies, the company assessed a range of options and decided to migrate to Amazon Web Services (AWS). With around 95 percent of its operations now on AWS, Petronash has reduced operational costs by 35 percent and reported a 30 percent improvement in SAP application performance.

Relay Network, a B2C engagement platform provider, wanted to improve the efficiency of its security management and integrate tools more effectively to accelerate feature development. AWS Partner SentinelOne offered a comprehensive cloud security solution that seamlessly integrated with Relay Network’s existing tools and Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. By implementing SentinelOne’s solution, Relay Network experienced a 100 percent improvement in visibility, a 50 percent reduction in issue-detection time, and an 80 percent decrease in manual threat-detection efforts. With an enhanced security posture, Relay Network can maintain compliance standards more easily, accelerate feature development, and improve overall operational efficiency.

Atlassian faced a critical challenge when the storage solution hosting its Bitbucket platform’s 2.3 petabytes of data was being retired. To solve this, Atlassian joined forces with AWS Partner NetApp to migrate that data to an Amazon Web Services (AWS) storage service that used NetApp’s ONTAP file system. The migration was seamless, resulting in no discernable customer impact and no service disruptions. Within a one-month period, Atlassian successfully migrated 60 million repositories, achieving $2.1 million in annual cost savings and reducing application latency by 17 percent.

esynergy builds data, platform, and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions that deliver business value. In constant pursuit of optimizing its internal processes, esynergy wanted to enhance its document retrieval process with AI to speed up the development of sales proposals. The company chose AWS Partner DataStax and their DataStax Astra DB—a database that brings real-time vector data to AI apps—for its Sales Copilot solution. Astra DB integrations with Amazon Web Services (AWS) which allowed esynergy to generate informed, accurate responses. LangChain played a crucial role in orchestrating interactions between these components. This combination allowed esynergy to move from proof-of-concept to production in just 37 days, enabling the company to prepare proposals up to 75 percent faster.
 

Paynela, a Puerto Rico-based healthcare financing innovator, revolutionized patient financial assistance through cutting-edge solutions powered by AWS Partner Mission. Dedicated to making healthcare more accessible, Paynela helps patients manage their out-of-pocket medical expenses with dignity and ease. By leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Mission's expertise, Paynela harnessed the power of generative AI to analyze complex healthcare data, resulting in deeper insights and expanded patient support capabilities.

UK-based charity Lyra in Africa helps children in rural Tanzania attend and complete secondary school. Established in 2012, it has delivered 15 hostels for girls in rural government schools and provides an offline digital learning program to partner high schools, each with a computer lab with learning content preloaded on the computers. Lyra also works with two teacher training colleges to boost IT literacy among teachers. Until recently, the organization relied on service providers in the UK to collect donations from individual sponsors, but that was proving an expensive fundraising strategy. Lyra turned to AWS Partner Softcat to build a low-cost online donation platform on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The system has automated payment processing and recordkeeping that helps the charity automatically benefit from the UK government’s Gift Aid tax relief program.

eSafetyFirst is a Romanian company that works exclusively serving Canadian businesses and job seekers. It provides online occupational health and safety training and certification in French and English hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Canada. The company wanted to ensure that it maintained excellent service as its business grew so it sought a local partner to work with. eSafetyFirst chose AWS Partner safeINIT to work on a transformation project for its training platform. But when initial plans to move core compute services to containers proved problematic, safeINIT quickly pivoted and built a new solution in response to changing needs.

Kärcher, based in Germany, is a global manufacturer of cleaning equipment. It operates with more than 160 subsidiaries in 82 countries worldwide. The company wanted to ensure that it could deliver products to its customers on time and at competitive costs. Given the disruptions in global supply chains since the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has undertaken to optimize the responsiveness of its supply chain with a cloud-first approach to operations. It also decided to build a new manufacturing facility in Vietnam. Kärcher wanted this greenfield facility to be cloud-native to provide flexibility while eliminating hardware purchases, reducing efforts needed for maintenance, and improving insights into operations. It worked with AWS Partner Zoi to build that solution on Amazon Web Services (AWS), eliminating an initial six-digit investment in hardware, license, and maintenance costs and ready to start production in just 11 months.
