Expo Zones
AWS Cloud and AI Day Auckland invites you to explore our dynamic expo area packed with live demos, expert conversations, and cutting-edge innovations across cloud, AI, and industry-specific solutions. Explore the available zones below:
Expo Zones
Open allExplore how AWS is powering resilient infrastructure, intelligent customer experience, and AI-driven analytics — from surviving regional failures to automating data pipelines and delivering empathetic service at scale. In this zone, you'll experience live demos showcasing how AWS helps organisations architect for fault isolation and static stability, deploy AI agents that reason through customer conversations in real time, transform data engineering into plain-English workflows, and turn natural-language questions into finished reports, dashboards, and applications.
Explore how agentic AI is moving from experiment to enterprise — autonomous agents that shop, ship code, secure applications, and run operations without waiting for a human in the loop. In this zone, you'll experience live demos showcasing how AWS enables agents to transact across six industry protocols, scale safely on governed enterprise platforms, crush tech debt autonomously, and operate as always-on teammates across DevOps, security, and FinOps — all built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Kiro, and AWS Frontier Agents.
Build autonomous AI agents that play 5v5 football — making real-time decisions every two seconds, adapting to opponents, and executing strategy without human input. Design, deploy, and compete in this hands-on activation. The skills you learn — agent architecture, decision loops, and autonomous deployment — are the exact same skills required to build production agentic workloads for your own use cases.
Design and deploy your own AI agent, then watch it come to life in a retro 8-bit world - navigating challenges, completing quests, and climbing the leaderboard, all in real time. Built on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and the Strands SDK, it's a hands-on look at how humans set the strategy and AI agents execute autonomously at scale.
Grab the handles, lock eyes with your opponent, and pull for everything you've got in this adrenaline-fueled head-to-head cross-country ski showdown. Real-time leaderboards display power, pull rate, and pace — with live AI-generated voice commentary calling out every surge, every fade, and exactly who's breaking first. This Concept2 SkiErg experience showcases how AWS powers split-second analytics that turn friendly competition into bragging rights.
Drop in, code, and leave your mark on a game that grows with every builder's contribution. In this hands-on collaborative coding experience, participants pick a feature from a curated list and use Kiro's AI-powered spec-driven development to implement it in ~30 minutes, no prior game development experience required. Each contribution goes live on a shared display as the game evolves throughout the day, showcasing the power of AI-assisted development in real time. Walk away with firsthand experience using Kiro to go from idea to working code, fast.
