    Our goal is to empower you, the leaders and architects of public sector digital transformation, with new capabilities and insights that help you accelerate your mission and improve the lives of people and the planet using cloud technology.

    The event will be held at Convene 133 Houndsditch in London, UK on September 9, 2026. Please plan travel to be at Convene by 8:00 BST on September 9. Core event programming will end at 18:00 BST.

    No. Registration is complimentary and includes access to sessions, Expo, meals, and receptions.

    We do not have a dedicated hotel block for this event.

    No, AWS does not reimburse or validate parking or other accommodation and travel associated costs.

    There is no dress code for attendees. Attendee attire varies from business casual, suits, hoodies, and jeans. Please wear what you are comfortable in.

    Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the day they pick up their conference badge.     

    Please be prepared to present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

    You will receive a QR code wihin the week of the event to expedite your check-in. Note that your registration may be placed on a waitlist. You will be notified if and when you are released from the waitlist.

    No. Space in the keynote hall is limited and registering for this event does not guarantee keynote access. The keynote will be livestreamed in breakout rooms to accommodate overflow seating.

    No, there is no reserved seating. Please arrive early to sessions you are interested in seeing.

    All sessions will offer live captioning and the keynote will offer sign language. Accessible restrooms will be available, as well as accessible seating during meals.
