Get Ready for re:Invent 2021: CPG Attendee Guide

We are super excited to announce that AWS re:Invent has an in-person option this year. The AWS CPG team can’t wait to see you in Las Vegas (or virtually) with an exciting program designed just for you from November 29th through December 3rd. This year, AWS re:Invent includes five keynotes, more than 20 leadership sessions, and over 1,200 breakout sessions, chalk talks, and workshops. In addition, be sure to stop by our Consumer Lounge at the Venetian to network and learn from AWS experts and your peers.

To get the most out of your re:Invent 2021 experience, follow these steps:

  • Register for re:Invent 2021 to attend either in-person or virtually.
  • Look at all of the CPG sessions available, plus other information and activities, in our curated CPG Attendee Guide.
  • Start planning your schedule by “favoriting” sessions that you would like to attend. Seat reservations are open now for registered attendees.
  • Bookmark and keep checking this post prior to re:Invent 2021, since we’ll update it to reflect the latest information.

The health and safety of all re:Invent 2021 attendees remains our top priority. We’ve enacted the following health measures for the event, and will continue to update these guidelines based on federal, state, and local requirements:

  • Vaccinations—All badge holders must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to checking in at the event.
  • Masks—Masks are required for everyone at re:Invent.
  • Personal protective equipment—AWS will make masks available for re:Invent attendees who need them. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event space.

Can’t join us in Las Vegas? Register to attend virtually, which grants free access to live keynotes and leadership sessions as well as access to on-demand breakout sessions. Every in-person registration comes with free virtual access.

AWS CPG experts will walk you through how to utilize data meshes to connect disparate data sources, create microservices to speed transactions, and collaborate with third-party providers while protecting consumer privacy and managing data at scale.

David Ahuja

David Ahuja leads AWS’s Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry strategy and is responsible for developing CPG industry solutions that enable customers to accelerate innovation to achieve their business goals. He helps CPG customers automate manufacturing processes, optimize supply chains, and transform consumer engagements. David brings 30+ years of CPG and retail experience and has led global merchandising and supply chain analytics for Walmart Labs. He also spent 23 years at Procter & Gamble where he led business transformation in marketing & sales and data & analytics across the US and Latin America. David earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA from Loyola of Maryland. He is originally from Belize, Central America and now lives in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
