Help increase application availability via load balancing

Help increase applications fault tolerance on AWS with Elastic Load Balancing—automatically distributing incoming traffic across multiple targets, containers, and IP addresses.

Load Balancing with AWS Marketplace

Along with enabling greater fault tolerance, Elastic Load Balancing on AWS allows you to add or remove capacity automatically. This can help increase your application’s availability by serving as a single point of contact for your clients—allowing you to add and remove instances without disrupting the overall flow of requests.

You can also use Elastic Load Balancing to detect the health of Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) instances. When detecting an unhealthy EC2 instance, traffic will be diverted away and spread across the remaining healthy EC2 instances. Further aiding your availability, AWS Elastic Load Balancing supports three types of load balancers: Application Load Balancers, Network Load Balancers, and Classic Load Balancers. You can load each based upon your needs.
