AWS Business Support+ free trial offer FAQs

To be eligible for this offer the account identified in the expression of interest must: not be currently subscribed to AWS Support at the Business Support+, Enterprise, or Unified Operations levels; bill directly with AWS and cannot be associated to a Partner, Reseller, or Solution Provider; and, be current and in good standing. Offer excludes accounts registered to addresses in and individuals living in the following: Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the region of Crimea, and Ukraine.

The AWS Business Support+ trial program is not part of the AWS Free Tier. Your eligibility for this program is determined independently.

If your account is eligible for the promotion, the offer will be applied and the account will automatically be enrolled in Business Support+.

Upon submission of enrollment for the trial offer you will automatically be notified if your account has been approved. You can also verify your enrollment by going to Support Center within the console. Customers enrolled in Business Support+ will see the support tier on the top left of the Support Center and will be able to create a case ticket.

The promotional period begins on the date the account identified in the expression of interest is enrolled in AWS Business Support+ and runs for 60 consecutive days.

As part of this promotion you will be charged the public pricing throughout the duration of the promotional period; however, the amount equal to the monthly Business Support+ charges will be refunded to your original payment method. If your payment method is pay by invoice, then a credit memo will be issued to the customer equaling the Business Support+ charges for that month.

After the promotional period is over, your account will remain on the AWS Business Support+ plan and will be charged according to here.

You can view your AWS Business Support+ charges or download a usage report by going to the billing dashboard in the AWS Console. If you have questions about eligibility, or meet the eligibility criteria but fail to receive the promotional offer, please contact AWS Support.

To cancel the trial, you can raise a ticket or select plan downgrade within the support plans management console.
