From September 1, 2026 12:00:00 am UTC to December 31, 2026 11:59:59 pm UTC (the "Promotional Period"), eligible customers can receive promotional benefits for a 3-month, fixed-priced Unified Operations (UOps) Proof of Value (POV) as described below by registering their interest with their Account Manager (AM) or Technical Account Manager (TAM). Eligible customers will pay a monthly fixed fee of $50,000 over a 3-month term to experience AWS Unified Operations across all eligible accounts (the “AWS Unified Operations Promotion” or the “Promotion”).  Terms and conditions apply.

By submitting your email acceptance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions for the AWS Unified Operations Promotion described above:

Requesting the Promotional Offer:  During the Promotional Period, register your interest in the Promotion by contacting your current Account Manager (AM) or Technical Account Manager (TAM). Email acceptance must be received during the Promotional Period. AWS will confirm your eligibility for this Promotion and assist in completing the email enrollment. If the account(s) meet the eligibility requirements as described in these Terms and Conditions, the AWS Unified Operations Promotion will be enabled on the Payer Account(s) specified in your email acceptance (the "Promotion Accounts").

MINIMUM COMMITMENT: BY ACCEPTING THIS PROMOTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO A MINIMUM SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD OF 90 CONSECUTIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE YOUR ELIGIBLE PROMOTION ACCOUNTS ARE ENROLLED IN AWS UNIFIED OPERATIONS. 

Eligibility: To receive the Promotion, Promotion Accounts must, at the time of acceptance:

1. Be for customers that are enrolling a Payer Account not previously enrolled in Unified Operations. Customers cannot enroll a Payer Account that is currently on, or has previously been on, Unified Operations — whether on a term or month-to-month basis.  These Payer Accounts are not eligible for the promotion.
2. The enrolled Payer Account is currently on Enterprise Support.
3. Not have previously participated in a Unified Operations Proof of Value (POV); and
4. Be current and in good standing.

Success Criteria: After eligibility is confirmed, AWS will meet with the customer to define and agree upon a set of success criteria to help ensure the outcomes of the POV drive customer success aligned to their goals. This meeting will occur prior to the customer submitting the email enrollment and AWS onboarding the Promotion Accounts.

Promotional Application & Billing: The Promotion Accounts will be charged a fixed monthly fee of $50,000 for Unified Operations throughout the discount period of 3 months (90 days) (the “Discount Period”).  The monthly POV fee is in addition to the customer’s current support charges (i.e. in addition to Enterprise Support), and is not eligible for additional discounting.

Calculating the Discount Period:

• The Discount Period begins on the date the accounts identified in the email acceptance are enrolled in AWS Unified Operations and runs for 90 consecutive days.  Customer’s email acceptance must be received by the 24th of the month in order to be effective the first of the following month. 

After the Discount Period: 30 days prior to the end of the Discount Period, Promotion Accounts are required to inform AWS of intent to either move to Unified Operations public pricing or revert to their previous support plan.  If the customer fails to notify AWS, they will automatically be off-boarded from AWS Unified Operations to their previous support plan.

Termination: You may terminate AWS Unified Operations after a minimum subscription period of 90 days after accounts are enrolled by contacting your Account Manager or opening a support ticket. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to off-boarding, which happens on the 1st of each month. Terminating AWS Unified Operations automatically terminates the Discount Period and any negotiated credits associated with the promotion trial period. If a customer cancels and subsequently re-subscribes to Unified Operations during the Discount Period, public pricing applies and the customer is not eligible for the promotional discount.

Additional Terms:

• You represent and warrant to AWS that the person requesting any of your AWS accounts to be part of this offer is authorized to make such requests and procure AWS Unified Operations on your behalf and with respect to such AWS accounts.
• Customers purchasing support direct from AWS or via a reseller are eligible for this Promotion.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend, modify or cancel the offer at any time. Any such extension will be governed by these terms and conditions.
• If you violate any of these terms and conditions, the offer will be invalid.
• Your information is handled in accordance with the AWS Privacy Notice.
• Offer excludes accounts registered to addresses in, and individuals living in, the following: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Thailand, Mexico, Poland, Philippines, Vietnam, Singapore, Russia, Spain, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Belarus, the region of Crimea, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic region (DNR), the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic region (LNR), and the United Arab Emirates.
• Failure to provide AWS complete or accurate information may delay or prevent offer fulfillment.
• Offer is non-transferable and may not be resold.
• This Promotion may not be combined with other offers.
• Void where prohibited.
