amazon eventbridge integration

Auth0 Visualization

Store and visualize authentication events from your application

This Quick Start uses Amazon EventBridge with Auth0 to capture user events and monitor user behavior. This integration provides insights that help deliver a customized application experience for your users. You can also combine Amazon QuickSight, or a visualization tool of your choice, with this deployment to visualize events stored in your Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) bucket.

You can use this integration for any scenario that transforms and delivers data via Amazon Kinesis Data Firehose.

This integration includes rules for the software-as-a-service (SaaS) event bus for the following events:

  • Successful user signup.
  • Successful user signin.
  • Successful user signout.
  • Failed user signin.

  • Step 1                  If you don't already have an AWS account, sign up at https://aws.amazon.com, and sign in to your account. Getting an account automatically signs you up for EventBridge and other AWS services.
Step 2           Configure your Auth0 partner event source and note the event source name (e.g., aws.partner/auth0.com/<slug-uuid>/auth0.logs). Before proceeding, ensure that your event source is listed as Pending.
Step 3 Deploy the integration. Launch the AWS CloudFormation template. The deployment takes about 5 minutes to complete. EventBridge integrations are currently supported in all AWS commercial Regions.

Configure your Amazon EventBridge SaaS Integration Partner event source and make note of the event source name (for example, aws.partner/example.com/1234567890/test-event-source).
