Flights
If you booked your flight through our travel provider, please contact them directly at +1 214-306-7252 during business hours (7:00am - 7:00pm CST) with any questions, reservation changes, or travel-related issues. For emergency travel assistance after business hours call +1 312-334-3734 and provide this code XX1G-AWS002T and your agency record locator from your email. For a copy of your flight confirmation, please email confirmation awsanalystevents@amazon.com.

Hotel
If you booked your hotel through the attendee portal, please contact the Wynn Las Vegas directly at +1 (702) 770-7000 if you need your confirmation email, have questions, or have changes regarding your reservation. For incidentals, please have a credit card ready upon check-in.

For your convenience, luggage storage is available at the Wynn Bell Stand. Please note that there will be no luggage storage available in the meeting area.

You must pick up your re:Invent badge before you head to the Analyst Summit. You will not have access to the Analyst Summit space if you do not have your re:Invent badge.

Badge pickup opens on Sunday, Nov. 30 at the following locations:

7:00 AM - 11:59 PM: Harry Reid International Airport, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM: Venetian, Level 2, Venetian Ballroom F

To expedite the badge pickup process, please  upload your photo to the attendee portal in advance. Be prepared to present a valid, government-issued photo ID in order to receive your badge.

You'll need your badge and event-issue lanyard to access re:Invent activities and transportation, so be sure to wear it and keep it visible at all times.

Once you have picked up your badge, please go to the Wynn Hotel and follow the directional signs to the Analyst Summit on the Lower Convention Promenade. We ask that you check in at Wynn Registration Desk B to confirm your arrival and to get any updated event details.
