Zamp: Realizing an autonomous future for enterprise, with AWS

Zamp envisages a future of fully autonomous organizations, in which “everyone with ideas can realize what they want the world to be like,” says Co-founder Raghav Saraf. Zamp is accelerating enterprise toward this future with a solution that serves as an advanced digital employee and replaces multiple siloed systems with a single, unified platform.

Built on AWS, the solution uses AI agents to execute complex workflows, manage processes, and make decisions autonomously, freeing up human resources and reducing costs. “We can allow anyone who has an idea to build something completely with AI agents,” says Saraf. “They don't have to worry about thousands of people, billions of dollars, and a lot of execution burden.”

Zamp is helping public companies and financial institutions achieve more with less, and at greater speed, while remaining fully compliant with industry regulations. Collaborating with AWS means Zamp can rely on a network architecture that’s built to meet the requirements of security-sensitive organizations.

The startup is using Amazon RDS, a managed data service with features that ensure data is securely stored and accessed. It’s also leveraging Amazon EKS to build, run, and scale applications. “Pretty much our entire cluster runs on AWS, so it's been an amazing partnership,” says Saraf. To realize its AI vision, Zamp also uses Amazon Bedrock as a unified inference layer, enabling it to run AI agents on both proprietary and open source foundation models.

Among the customers to benefit from Zamp’s AI-enabled platform was a bank that faced a two-month backlog of credit card chargebacks following a surge in fraud. Unable to scale its team quickly enough to review and process disputes manually, the bank deployed Zamp’s solution. By automating chargeback investigations, the bank reduced its processing timeframe from two months to one day.

Similarly, businesses that are onboarding customers and running Know Your Customer and Know Your Business checks can do so in near real time. “As soon as you upload your documents and give your information, you get insights into what's missing, what additional docs are needed,” explains Saraf. “Everything happens within five minutes.”

Improved experiences such as these are driving revenue growth for Zamp’s customers. Zamp itself meanwhile, by relying on AWS infrastructure and managed services, can scale its own business more easily and accelerate its startup journey. By combining AI agents with scalability and security, Zamp is turning its ambitious vision of autonomous enterprises into reality.
