AWS Week in Review – September 3, 2012

Let’s take a quick look at what happened in AWS-land last week:

Tuesday, September 4	I posted a new AWS Report, Michael Kellen of Sage Bionetworks. We announced that AWS Elastic Beanstalk is now available in Singapore.
Wednesday, September 5	We posted a new AWS case study. This study describes how Edmodo uses Amazon RDS to handle 500 database connections per second and 200K web requests per minute. Amazon CloudFront now supports Cookies, Price Classes, and enhanced logging.
Friday, September 7	I posted another new AWS Report, Colin Lazier talks about Amazon Glacier.
