His work involves solution design and development in the areas of Multi-access Edge Computing, wireline broadband, and private mobile networks for communication service providers and independent software vendors. Previously, Jim worked at Cisco in roles of Cloud Engineering Architect and Team Manager, developing network products and cloud operation solutions. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
