AWS DevDay 2017 - Australia

Dublin - 28 February 2019 | FULL

London - 4 March 2019 | FULL

Edinburgh - 19 March 2019 | FULL

AWS Builders' Days are free, full-day technical events for developers covering some of the hottest topics in cloud computing, and deep dives on the latest AWS products and services. This February and March we'll be visiting Dublin, London and Edinburgh to cover topics such as AI & Machine Learning, Modern Application Development, Backends, Databases and more.

Please note, registration for these Builders' Days has now closed.

Amazon AI services bring natural language understanding (NLU), automatic speech recognition (ASR), visual search and image recognition, text-to-speech (TTS), and machine learning (ML) technologies within the reach of every developer. Learn how you can easily add these powerful features to your applications to enhance the way they interact with the real world.

Modern application development is an approach to designing, building and managing applications. This increases the agility of your teams and the reliability, security and scalability of your applications, which will in turn delight your customers. Learn how AWS services such as Serverless computing, Container Management, and Observability tools allow developers to easily reap the benefits of modern application development.

A reliable and resilient backend architecture for your application is fundamental. With AWS Global Infrastructure footprint, and the broad range of services available, you can choose to architect services yourself, leverage the global infrastructure available, or let us worry about the heavy lifting. In these sessions we will explore topics such as Mobile Backend-as-a-Service, building real-time interactive applications, and a lot more.

The size and complexity of the data that needs to be analysed today, means the same technology and approaches that worked in the past, don’t work today. To drive value from your data, AWS provides the most comprehensive, secure, scalable, and cost-effective portfolio of services that enables you to build your data lake in the cloud and analyze all of your data, including data from IoT devices with a variety of analytical approaches including machine learning.
